She prepares and QC’s pre-approved document packages (401(k), Profit Sharing, and Cash Balance), adoption agreements, amendments, required restatements, and plan mergers/terminations. Michele partners daily with our actuaries and TPA team to align testing, safe harbor, and combo CB + 401(k) provisions, and she provides plain-English summaries so sponsors, CPAs, and recordkeepers can implement with confidence.
